We are hiring a skilled Backend Developer with expertise in Node.js or Python to join our growing technology team. You will be responsible for building server-side logic, maintaining databases, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications. Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable backend services using Node.js or Python (Django/Flask).
Develop APIs and integrate them with front-end applications or third-party systems.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Manage databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ensure data integrity and security.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and QA teams.
Write unit tests and participate in code reviews and sprint planning.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Node.js or Python programming language.
Hands-on experience with Express.js, Django, or Flask frameworks.
Proficiency in working with MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar databases.
Experience in building and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and security best practices Understanding of Git, CI/CD, and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).

Qualifications

Salary Range (According to UAE Market)
Fresher (0–1 year): AED 6,000 – 9,000/month Experienced (3–5 years): AED 11,000 – 20,000/month (Actual salary depends on skill level, certifications, and company size)
