CYBERSECURITY ANALYST

Job Summary

We are hiring a vigilant and analytical Cybersecurity Analyst to monitor, detect, and
respond to security threats and vulnerabilities across our digital infrastructure. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for protecting systems and data from cyberattacks while
maintaining compliance with industry security standards

Responsibilities

  1. Monitor security alerts and analyse potential threats using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, IBM
    QRadar).
  2. Conduct vulnerability assessments and coordinate penetration tests.
  3. Investigate and respond to security incidents, breaches, and anomalies.
    Maintain and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards.
  4. Ensure system hardening, patch management, and secure configurations.
  5. Work with IT and DevOps teams to integrate security best practices into system design.
  6. Prepare and present regular reports on security posture and risk.
  7. Stay updated on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO
    27001, GDPR, NESA).

Required Skills

  1. Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection tools.
  2. Proficiency in security monitoring, incident response, and log analysis.
  3. Understanding of Linux/Windows systems, TCP/IP, and common attack vectors.
  4. Familiarity with security frameworks like NIST, CIS Controls, or OWASP Top 10.
  5. Hands-on experience with tools such as Wireshark, Nessus, Burp Suite, or Metasploit is a
    plus.
  6. Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, or ISO 27001 LA are
preferred.

Salary Range (According to UAE Market)

Fresher (0–1 year): AED 6,000 – 9,000/month
Experienced (3–5 years): AED 12,000 – 22,000/month
