DEVOPS ENGINEER

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled DevOps Engineer to join our IT team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining development and operations by
automating workflows, managing CI/CD pipelines, and maintaining cloud infrastructure.
You will play a key role in enabling rapid development and reliable deployment across
environments.

Responsibilities

  1. Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
  2. Automate infrastructure deployment using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  3. Maintain and monitor cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) for availability and
    performance.
  4. Ensure system security through identity and access management, encryption, and a firewall
    rules.
  5. Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
  6. Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure reliable releases.
  7. Maintain system logs, monitoring dashboards, and incident response workflows.

Required Skills

  1. Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services
    (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  2. Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Shell.
  3. Familiarity with Linux-based environments.
  4. Working knowledge of infrastructure as code and system administration.
  5. Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.
  6. Good understanding of networking, security best practices, and load balancing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Certifications like AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer, or CKA are a
plus.

Salary Range (According to UAE Market)

Fresher (0–1 year): AED 6,000 – 10,000/month
Experienced (3–5 years): AED 12,000 – 22,000/month
