We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to users across hardware, software, and network issues. You will serve as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization, ensuring seamless operations and minimal downtime for end users.
Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other devices peripherals.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/Mac operating systems and office applications.
Manage user accounts, email configurations, and permissions using Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
Handle basic network troubleshooting, including LAN/Wi-Fi, IP configuration, and VPN setup.
Maintain hardware inventory and ensure timely repairs or replacements.
Provide support for video conferencing, remote desktop tools, and IT assets.
Document issues and resolutions using a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk).
Assist in system upgrades, backups, and IT audits as required.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with Active Directory, Outlook, and basic networking concepts.
Ability to troubleshoot software, drivers, and connectivity issues.
Good understanding of IT security practices and data privacy.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.

Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or ITIL are preferred.
