UI/UX DESIGNER

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our product team.
You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, visually appealing, and engaging user
interfaces for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate has strong design
sensibility and a passion for creating seamless digital experiences.

Responsibilities

  1. Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback.
  2. Produce wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and final UI designs using tools like Figma,
    Adobe or Sketch.
  3. Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
  4. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
  5. Maintain design consistency across platforms and adhere to brand guidelines.
  6. Iterate designs based on feedback and testing insights.
  7. Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, design patterns, and best practices.

Required Skills

  1. Proficiency in UI/UX design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Invision.
  2. Strong knowledge of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
  3. Experience in creating responsive and accessible interfaces.
  4. Ability to build interactive prototypes and design systems.
  5. Familiarity with HTML/CSS (optional but preferred).
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field
field.
Portfolio showcasing web/mobile UI and UX projects is mandatory.
Certifications in UI/UX design (Google, Coursera, or others) are a plus.

Salary Range (According to UAE Market)

Fresher (0–1 year): AED 5,000–8,000/month
Experienced (3–5 years): AED 10,000–16,000/month
